This spirited pup is Zuko, a one-year-old Staffordshire Terrier/Pit Bull mix with a heart as big as his playful leaps! Zuko is a true social butterfly, eager to make friends with everyone he meets, especially if they have a wagging tail to greet him. He's an affectionate companion who loves to be included in all of life's adventures, from daily runs to cozy nights tucked under a blanket. Zuko has already mastered house and crate training and knows multiple commands, thanks to the dedication of his foster family. He's a confident boy who handles new situations with ease and is especially good with rabbits, showing respectful coexistence. However, he can be a bit much for cats, so a cat-free home is recommended. Zuko truly shines around other dogs and would love a confident, playful canine sibling over 25 pounds who can match his enthusiastic, rough-and-tumble play style.
Ideal Home
An active family that enjoys including their dog in daily adventures, walks, outings, and training sessions. An apartment is suitable as long as he receives plenty of exercise, enrichment, and social interaction. A cat-free home is a must.

Training & Support
Zuko is house and crate trained and knows multiple commands. He can sometimes be pushy during play and may need gentle reminders about respecting other dogs' boundaries. He would benefit from a confident adult dog who can help teach him when to take a break during play.
