About Fern

Fern is a sweet girl who came to us from a hoarding situation with several other dogs. She was pregnant when she arrived and has since given birth to and raised her four adorable pups. Now that her babies have all found their forever homes, it's Fern's turn to find her own special place! She's an approximately 20-pound adult, a mixed breed of Australian Shepherd and Chihuahua, with a medium coat length.

Ideal Home

Fern is a very fearful dog and needs a quiet, patient home where she can learn to trust. A secure privacy fence is a must for her safety and well-being.

Ongoing Health

Fern is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Fern is house-trained. She will need ongoing patience and support to build confidence and learn to trust her new family.
