Snickers

Snickers is a beautiful, smart, and amazing dog who is still a little shy with new people but is getting better every day! She absolutely loves playing with other dogs and engaging in tug-of-war with stuffed animals. Snickers does great in her kennel and is learning to go to it when asked, especially with a treat for motivation. She is house-trained and will ring a bell to let you know she needs to go potty or go outside. Snickers walks well on a leash when away from the house at adoption events or out and about at places like Tractor Supply and PetSmart. She has a sweet disposition and often seeks out a foster who might be having a stressful time at events, offering them a friendly presence to sit by. We believe Snickers is a Lab/Cur mix, around 5 months old and weighing about 25 pounds. She is up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and spayed, and is ready for her forever home!

Training & Support

Snickers is house-trained and uses a bell to signal her needs. She is also learning to go to her kennel on command with treat motivation. She walks well on a leash when out and about. Remember that new environments can sometimes lead to accidents, even with well-trained animals.

• The adoption fee for dogs is $175, which includes a vet check, age-appropriate shots, dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if at least 16 weeks), and spay/neuter.
