Prepare yourself for an overwhelming amount of fluff! Maximilian doesn't even look real; he's like a teddy bear crossed with a baby polar bear, making him impossibly cute. He's the kind of puppy that makes people gasp with delight and immediately want to scoop him up for cuddles. With his giant fluffy paws, cloud-like fur, and sweet puppy face, Maximilian is irresistible.
This adorable boy is approximately 2 months old and weighs around 10 lbs. We suspect he might be a Great Pyrenees and German Shepherd mix, but like all rescue pets, his exact breed is a fun mystery! Maximilian is currently thriving in a foster home, learning about the world through play, naps, and gentle socialization. His days are filled with discovering toys, wrestling with siblings, collecting cuddles, enjoying his meals, and taking epic naps. He's growing into a confident and happy dog, and his future family will have the incredible privilege of witnessing his journey as he experiences first walks, first camping trips, and his first birthday.
Ideal Home
Maximilian would love a family ready for all the joys and challenges of puppyhood. He thrives on playtime and snuggle time, and is happiest when having fun or soaking up affection.
Ongoing Health
Maximilian has received age-appropriate vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea prevention, and a microchip. He is generally healthy and has a certificate deeming him fit for travel.
Training & Support
Like all young puppies, Maximilian will need continued socialization, training, structure, consistency, and positive experiences to help him grow into a well-rounded adult dog. We require adopters to begin crate training immediately upon arrival home to aid in potty training, independence, and managing puppy energy. Our on-site trainers assess and modify behavior as needed, and foster homes participate in group training and socialization playgroups.
