Toby

Toby was removed from his home for neglect. We have know about these dogs for years and could never get anything done about it. Finally, we were able to get them removed. Toby was living on a back porch with mounds and mounds of garbage bags and his feces. He was never taken off that porch in the many years that he lived back there. He had no food or water present either. Toby was so thirsty he was licking the snow off the ground on our walk to the van. He is an adorable lab mix that is around 5-6 years old. He seems to like other dogs. Don't know about cats yet. Loves everyone he meets and is always excited to see you. He is now neutered and up to date.
