Meet Yoda Jude, a charming 13-pound bundle of joy estimated to be around 4 years old. We think this little guy might be a Terrier/Chihuahua mix. With his sandy-blonde coat, wonderfully large, floppy ears, and a smile that could melt your heart, Yoda Jude is a true treasure. He absolutely thrives in a home and is the ultimate sidekick, happy to snuggle on the couch, join you on adventures, or simply be by your side. His loyalty is immense, and the bond he forms with his people is incredibly special.
Ideal Home
Yoda Jude would do best in a quieter adult home without children. He needs a family who will respect his boundaries and allow trust to develop naturally, as new people can make him nervous and he may react defensively when feeling overwhelmed or pressured. An ideal home would include a yard and a predictable routine. Apartment living and busy households with lots of strangers are likely not the best fit for him.
Ongoing Health
Yoda Jude is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also been tested for heartworm.
Training & Support
Yoda Jude is motivated by treats, making training a fun and rewarding experience. He enjoys crinkly toys and responding to a sweet baby voice. While he gets along well with other dogs and can potentially live with a calm, cat-savvy cat after proper introductions, he's not overly concerned with feline friends.

Transporation
Yoda Jude is located in the Houston area. Transportation is available nationwide through our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). You can track his journey in real time, and transport is an additional $87 surcharge. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
