Micaela

Micaela is a beautiful, resilient husky who has overcome so much in her young life. At only about 2 years old, she arrived at a high-kill shelter in Texas with a fractured jaw, significant misalignment, and bleeding gums, causing her immense pain. Hoardin' Huskies stepped in to provide the urgent medical care she needed. She underwent a full dental cleaning and had damaged teeth removed to relieve her suffering. Micaela is also heartworm positive and is currently undergoing slow-kill treatment for a full recovery. Despite her past hardships, Micaela is a gentle soul who leans into affection and watches her caregivers with grateful eyes. She is learning to trust and knows she is finally safe. This brave girl is now ready to find her forever home where she will be cherished and never have to experience pain again.
