Fritz is the distinguished older gentleman of the dog world, with a personality that's a delightful blend of a silver-templed movie star and a seasoned professional. At 11 years old, Fritz has life figured out, knowing exactly how to behave in a home. He's housebroken and generally well-mannered, meaning no chaotic puppy phase here! Fritz's current life goals are simple and delightful: snacks, a good romp in the yard, and a prime sofa spot for his daily dose of adoration.

But don't mistake Fritz for a sedentary senior! He's the type to be signed up for every activity, from gardening to trivia. Fritz absolutely loves people, greeting everyone with warmth and enthusiasm, making him the perfect companion for supervising household activities and accepting admiration. While he's a Great Pyrenees, his day-to-day demeanor leans more towards a golden retriever in terms of activity and his love for human company. However, he retains that Pyrenees watchfulness, taking his neighborhood monitoring duties seriously.

Ideal Home

Fritz will do best in a home with a secure, fenced yard and people to spend time with. He is not an apartment dog and needs space to roam and supervise. Fritz has made it very clear that he prefers to be the only dog in the home and also needs to be in a cat-free environment.
