Frankie

Meet Frankie! He's a handsome 1-year-old, 60 lb Chow/Husky mix with a heart of gold and he's ready to find his forever family. Frankie is a smart, sweet, and laid-back companion who enjoys a good game of zoomies followed by a nice, long nap. He's good with other dogs but needs a home without cats. While he hasn't lived with children, he's been great with the kids he's met and would do well with those who understand how to be respectful of their canine friends. Frankie can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up, his sweet personality shines through. He does have a preference for ladies, and men tend to make him uncomfortable, so he would do best in a home without them.

Ideal Home

Frankie would thrive in a home with a yard to play in and a privacy fence, as he's an athletic boy who can scale chain-link fences. He needs a cat-free environment. He would do best in a home without men.

Ongoing Health

Frankie is neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Frankie is crate trained and house trained and is making great progress with leash training. He also does wonderfully in the car. He is looking for a patient and loving family to help him adjust and continue learning.
