Ace is a playful, energetic guy who doesn't really believe in doing anything halfway. When he's excited, you'll know it – he'll bounce, he'll talk, and he'll try to get you involved in whatever he's decided is fun at the moment. He's super engaging and full of personality with people, but he'll need some guidance to keep his manners in check. He can get a little jumpy and mouthy when he's excited, especially if he doesn't know what else to do with all that energy. The more structure and direction he has, the better he does.

Ace loves other dogs and thrives on play, especially the back-and-forth, chase-and-zoom kind of fun. He can sometimes get a little too in other dogs' space, so he does best with dogs who can either keep up or clearly tell him when to tone it down. He's gaining confidence and starting to show off his playful zoomies, but he can still shut down or try to get away from situations that feel overwhelming, especially with sudden pressure or loud corrections. He does much better with patient, positive guidance.
