Rose

Rose is a beautiful 6-year-old female German Shepherd who came to us as an owner surrender when her previous family had to move and couldn’t take her along. Despite the change, Rose has remained incredibly sweet and gentle. She loves going for walks and would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys getting outside. Rose is fully house-trained and has great manners in the home. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but give her a little time and she warms up into a loving, loyal friend.

Ideal Home

Rose is dog selective, so we do require meet-and-greets with any dogs currently in the home to ensure a good match. We’re not yet sure how she feels about cats, but we’d be happy to cat test her upon request.

Ongoing Health

Rose is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rose is fully house trained and has great manners in the home. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but with a little time, she warms up into a loving, loyal friend.

Rose is located at the Humane Society of Somerset County in Somerset, PA. We can transport her to various locations upon approved application.
