Chance is a handsome, maple-brown goofball with soulful eyes, a bent tail, a big head made for kisses, and an enormous love of toys. He adores his people, enjoys affection and car rides, and is eager to keep learning.
Ideal Home
Chance would thrive with a patient person who can provide reassurance, structure, and continued training. He is affectionate and devoted to humans, but needs slow, thoughtful introductions with other dogs. He may cry initially when left behind, then settles in his kennel or a safe outdoor space, especially with something carrying his person's scent.
His favorite things include stuffies, chew toys, squeakies, balls, tug toys, and spending time beside his person.
Ongoing Health
Chance is vaccinated and neutered. His scars and bent tail are part of his known history.
Training & Support
Chance completed three weeks of professional board-and-train. He is smart, observant, sensitive, and eager to please. He is making good progress with house training, does well on a predictable schedule, and has had no accidents in his kennel. He generally walks nicely on leash, though squirrels or other dogs can briefly distract him. He is also muzzle-trained.
