Ideal Home

Louie needs a family willing to work with his food aggression and resource guarding. He is relaxed and docile as the only dog in his foster home, and children should be at least ten years old.

Louie is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Vaccines may need boosters.

Training & Support

Louie is potty trained and crate trained, though he currently sleeps on the bed with his fosters. He does not chew items that are not his toys, walks well, and is polite when meeting dogs and people. He remains a puppy who needs continued support with resource guarding, separation-related anxiety, jumping on window shades, exploring when left alone, and exuberant water-bowl sessions.
