Kela is a sweet, easy-going gentle giant with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She loves cozy naps, belly rubs, sunbathing, car rides, daily walks, and spending time with her people. After arriving at 146 pounds, she has worked hard on her weight-loss journey and is now 103 pounds.

Kela is calm, affectionate, curious, and loyal. She enjoys quiet days on the couch as much as little adventures around the neighborhood. She especially loves her after-dinner walks and will happily remind you when it is time to go.

Ideal Home

Kela would thrive as the only dog or with a calm, quiet dog. She currently lives with multiple dogs, prefers calm older dogs, warms up to new dogs, and does well with puppies. She would love a comfortable couch and a family or individual who enjoys spending time with her.

Ongoing Health

Kela needs daily walks to continue her weight loss. Her heartworm treatment has been completed, and she is up to date on vaccinations and prevention. She is spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Kela is fully house-trained and is not destructive when left loose while her people are away. She enjoys daily walks, car rides, and relaxing close to her people.
