Copper

Copper is an active, athletic puppy who loves to cuddle in your lap and make uninterrupted eye contact with his beautiful, unique half-blue eyes. He and his eight siblings were rescued with their mother after being abandoned on a porch in Texas and have been growing up surrounded by love, safety, full bellies, and cuddles in foster care.

Copper was born on June 4, 2026, and is ready to begin his next chapter with a forever family.

Ideal Home

Copper’s family should understand that puppies need patience, training, exercise, and a lifetime commitment.

Ongoing Health

• Three rounds of age-appropriate vaccinations, including rabies, will be provided.
• Multiple dewormings will be provided.
• Spay/neuter and microchipping are included and scheduled for September 1, 2026.

Training & Support

Copper is not yet house-trained. Once he gets his wiggles out, he enjoys sitting in a lap and giving loving eye contact.

• Adoption applications are approved before transport is scheduled.

Transportation

Copper is currently located in Dallas, Texas and can travel through trusted transport partners after adoption approval. Transport is typically scheduled within 2–3 weeks, and he will arrive in the destination city for pickup by the adopter. Transport and USDA health certification are additional to the adoption fee. Arrival dates may vary because of transport logistics, and updates and coordination are provided throughout the process.
