Odie

Odie is a calm, affectionate, old-soul doodle who loves cuddles, companionship, and relaxing with his people. He enjoys cold weather, lounging in the snow, walks, swimming, and playing or chasing another dog.

Ideal Home

Odie is excellent with children of all ages and cat-friendly. He is gentle around food and has no food aggression. He is not dog aggressive and is calm and non-reactive around dogs when not separated by a fence, though he may alert bark outside. A fenced yard or leashing is recommended because he can be a runner if he gets loose.

Ongoing Health

Odie was born in January 2018 and is neutered. He is current on his rabies vaccination.

Training & Support

Odie is house-trained, crate trained, and prefers sleeping in his kennel. He is leash trained and does best with a vest. He knows sit, lay, paw, and kennel up, and can wait to eat until told “hold” or “take.” He is not a digger and has not jumped fences or gates in years.
