Wilma Wovey Dovey

American Bully, Pit Bull Terrier

Found a home

A little about them

Wilma is a gentle, affectionate Pit Bull mix with a soft heart and soulful eyes. She may be shy at first, but blossoms with patience, kind words, and a safe environment. Once comfortable, she loves staying close to her people and would happily spend her days relaxing beside you.

Wilma is currently in foster care and is already crate trained and house trained. She is wonderful with children and lives peacefully with a male dog, including riding with him in the car. She prefers thoughtful introductions and calm settings with other dogs, and may need guidance when encountering dogs unexpectedly on leash. A confident, consistent handler will help her continue building her skills.

Wilma has shown interest in cats without chasing, but cat compatibility will be confirmed through a trial sleepover. She would do best with a secure yard where she can stretch her legs and practice leash skills. She is quiet, observant, smart, and affectionate, and is looking for a patient person who will help her feel confident.
