Meet Layla, a lively and intelligent 1-year-old mixed breed pup with a heart full of fun! Layla is incredibly treat-motivated and already has a solid "sit" command down. She's also making great progress with "look" and "touch," and her eagerness to please means she'll master new skills in no time.

Layla gets wonderfully excited when she sees other dogs, and it's all about playful interaction. She enjoys making new friends and just wants to share her good spirits. With continued guidance and socialization, she'll learn to channel that enthusiasm in even more positive ways.

This energetic girl would be a fantastic companion for walks or jogs. Fetch is her absolute favorite game, and she's already learning "drop it," making playtime a blast! She travels well in the car, too; while she might offer a little whine at first, she quickly settles down for a calm ride.

Ideal Home

Layla would thrive with an adopter who understands and appreciates active, intelligent dogs. A commitment to her ongoing training and providing plenty of mental and physical stimulation is key. A large, securely fenced yard is ideal for her to safely run and play. Due to her energy and need for space, apartment living may not be the best fit unless her exercise requirements can be consistently met.
