A little about them
Joel Tigre is a striking, affectionate puppy with one icy blue eye, one soft light-green eye, adorable brindle patches, and a deep love of cuddling. Approximately 4 months old and around 30 pounds, he is believed to be a Pittie/Lab mix.
Joel may be shy at first, but patience and gentle encouragement help him blossom into a loving cuddle bug. He enjoys laps, kisses, toys, treats, and playtime, though being close to his people is his favorite thing.
Ideal Home
Joel gets along wonderfully with large and small dogs and enjoys respectful play. He has also done beautifully with cats and may be a wonderful feline companion. He would thrive with a family willing to give him patience, affection, consistency, and encouragement as he continues learning.
Ongoing Health
Joel's adoption fee includes DAPP vaccination with booster, Bordetella, rabies vaccination, deworming, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative, heartworm testing and treatment if needed, spay/neuter, microchipping with lifetime registration, and a health certificate for travel.
Training & Support
Joel is crate trained and settles quietly in his kennel. He is still working on potty training and will benefit from continued routine, patience, and consistency. He is eager to please and receives support through the rescue's training and socialization programs.
