Lucy Lou is a freckled, 5-month-old, 25 lb bundle of joy who we believe may be an American Bully mix. She's a snuggle expert, often climbing right onto your chest for the longest, sweetest hugs. With her soulful eyes and gentle nature, Lucy Lou has an old soul that makes her a calm and affectionate companion. She's happy napping in cozy spots, entertaining herself with toys, and doesn't require constant attention. Lucy Lou is a perfect fit for someone looking for a dog that easily integrates into their life.
Ideal Home
Lucy Lou would be happy in a home with a backyard or an apartment. She thrives with people to love, a few toys, a comfy place to nap, and plenty of cuddles. While she hasn't been formally introduced to children, her gentle and easygoing nature suggests she has the potential to be a wonderful family dog. We are happy to arrange a meet and greet if you have children.
Ongoing Health
Lucy Lou is a healthy puppy. She will receive all necessary vetting before adoption, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and will be spayed.
Training & Support
Lucy Lou is doing wonderfully with potty training, with success every three hours. She also sleeps quietly through the night without any messes or destruction. Her foster family has provided her with excellent socialization, and she gets along well with other dogs and cats.

Transporation
Lucy Lou is currently located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will be able to track your pet's journey in real-time and receive photo updates. Please note there is an additional $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
