Meet Ivy, a happy, affectionate, and playful girl who loves fetch, tennis balls, toys, walks, and spending time with her people. She is loyal, food motivated, and eager to be part of an active family’s everyday life.
Ivy was born on March 11, 2025. She was adopted from a local Texas shelter at two months old and is now looking for a loving forever home through no fault of her own.
Ideal Home
Ivy gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and absolutely adores children. She would thrive with a family that enjoys playing, staying active, and including her in daily life. She may be shy around unfamiliar men at first, barking and backing away, but she warms up quickly with patience, kindness, and treats.
Ongoing Health
Ivy is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative.
Training & Support
Ivy is potty trained and crate trained and does well with a routine. She knows commands including sit, lay down, come, no, go potty, and go to your kennel. Her favorite treats include watermelon, cucumbers, apples, and ice cubes.
