He came to us from a crowded Texas shelter, surrendered after years of neglect. His coat whispers of a life without care, and his cautious eyes carry the weight of fear and uncertainty. For far too long, Oreo has lived without the tenderness every dog deserves. But heres the miracle: beneath the layers of mistrust, Oreo is still reaching for love. He leans into gentle hands.
