A little about them

Meet Lola, a beautiful, resilient 2-year-old, 13-pound black-and-white Shih Tzu with a bright future ahead. After severe neglect led to the amputation of one leg, Lola has adjusted beautifully and continues to enjoy life as a happy, sweet, people-loving young dog.

She absolutely loves playing fetch and races after her ball with wonderful enthusiasm. Three legs do not stop Lola from playing, loving, or being an incredible companion.

Ongoing Health

Lola’s leg was amputated after severe matting cut off its circulation. Her neglect was preventable, but she is now a joyful, resilient three-legged dog.
