Edna aka Belle

Edna, also known as Belle, is a brave and deeply affectionate dog who has come a long way from her fearful beginnings. Once she trusts you, she becomes a silly, chatty little companion who loves dinner time, head massages, and good butt scratches.

Ideal Home

Edna needs a patient family with confident resident dogs to help her feel secure and learn the ropes. A large, fully fenced yard is required, as leashes remain frightening for her. She needs people who will respect her pace and celebrate her wonderfully awkward personality.

Ongoing Health

Her adoption includes a heartworm test, tapeworm medication, regular deworming, spay or neuter, Parvo/distemper vaccination and booster, rabies vaccination, rabies tag, and six weeks of pet trial insurance.

Training & Support

Edna is house-trained. She may hide without the reassuring presence of confident dogs and needs patient support as she continues building trust.
