Charlie was rescued from an area of Houston, TX known to be a place where people dump dogs. He was found by a good Samaritan and made safe. He is a very smart, sweet, and loving dog who enjoys playing with other dogs and playing fetch. He's an active boy that would love to be part of any adventures that come his way. He has learned some tricks and will do just about anything for food! He is more than ready to find his furever home.
