Blair

Blair is a beautiful 3-year-old Whippet/Chihuahua mix weighing 17–18 pounds. After recently losing her family, she is overwhelmed, frightened, and searching for safety. She may hide, try to escape, or show her teeth when cornered, but beneath her fear is a tender, affectionate soul.

When gently picked up, Blair trembles, wraps her paws around you, and presses close. She needs patience, kindness, and time to adjust at her own pace. Blair is available from Texas.

Ideal Home

Blair would thrive in a quiet, peaceful home with a patient adult who understands fearful dogs. A home without young children would be best. Although she is friendly with other dogs, her caregivers believe she would do best as the only pet so she can receive focused love and attention.

Blair is spayed and vaccinated. No medical conditions or health test results are reported.

Training & Support

Blair is house-trained. She is currently frightened and may need time, reassurance, and gentle support while she learns to feel secure and trust again.
