Bennie gets along well with other dogs, though thoughtful introductions are recommended with dogs his size or smaller. He may do well with respectful children over five. His feelings about cats are unknown. He needs a securely fenced yard whenever he is outside off leash and a family willing to let him build trust at his own pace, especially with unfamiliar men.
