Shay

Meet Shay, a brave and loving mama who was rescued from the streets of Houston, Texas, along with her puppies. Her puppies are now safe, and Shay is ready for a forever home of her own.

Shay is approximately 1–2 years old and weighs around 54 pounds. She is being fostered with other large dogs and cats, enjoys her dog siblings, and has shown zero interest in the cats. She is potty trained, leash trained, comfortable sleeping in a kennel at night, and rides wonderfully in the car.

Shay is adjusting beautifully to life indoors and is ready to continue learning what it means to be safe, loved, and spoiled.

Ideal Home

Shay would love a family of her own. She currently lives successfully with large dogs and cats.

Ongoing Health

Before adoption is finalized, Shay will be fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention. She will also receive a health certificate before transport.

Training & Support

Shay is potty trained, leash trained, kennel trained, and rides well in the car.
