A little about them

Twiggy is a loving, fun-loving 6-year-old Doberman Pinscher mix who enjoys backyard zoomies, car rides, snoozing in chairs, dogs, people, and plenty of snuggling. She weighs about 70 pounds and has completed board-and-train.

Twiggy is looking for a long-term home where she can be part of the family—and where her snoring is welcome. She is a good kisser and enjoys lounging close to her people.

Ideal Home

  • Homeownership is required.
  • A securely fenced yard is needed so Twiggy can run and chase squirrels and bunnies.
  • Her adopter should be patient with her on leash; she listens but has a short attention span.
  • No young children. Twiggy can be around children, but she does not always understand personal space and could unintentionally hurt smaller children.
  • Twiggy enjoys dogs and people.

Ongoing Health

Twiggy’s adoption fee includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, distemper/parvo vaccines, Bordetella, a microchip with prepaid lifetime registration, and deworming.

Training & Support

Twiggy has completed board-and-train. She is house-trained and enjoys car rides, though loud trucks and heavy traffic make her uncomfortable. She also prefers that people do not take her toys.

Application Details

  • The adoption fee is $375.
  • Applications start by contacting the provider through Wags.
  • After contact, the provider can connect you with Twiggy’s current foster for a meet-and-greet.
