Taurus

Meet Taurus, a calm, sweet, gentle Labrador Retriever and Black Mouth Cur mix. One of eight puppies abandoned near the shelter, Taurus survived a difficult beginning and has grown into a social, easygoing boy who is ready for a loving family.

He is dog-social, great with people, calm and steady, and easy to handle. Taurus loves water and often enjoys soaking in the tubs. He is working with trainers and volunteers on leash skills and is ready to leave shelter life behind.

Ideal Home

Taurus would be a wonderful companion for a family looking for a gentle, social, and easygoing dog. His compatibility with cats and children has not been established.

Taurus is vaccinated and neutered. No medical conditions or health tests are reported.

Transportation

Approved adopters are matched with flight companions, or flight angels, traveling from Puerto Vallarta. During summer months, if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable, Taurus may fly into the US for pickup at Peace Arch Park at the border.
