Meet Oxiel, a 2-year-old, 30-pound sweetheart looking for a patient and understanding family. Shy and slow to warm up, Oxiel needs time to decompress, settle in, and build confidence at his own pace. With patience, consistency, and love, he can become a loyal and wonderful companion.

Oxiel would do best in a calm home with a family willing to let him adjust gradually, establish a routine, and continue learning that people can be kind.

Oxiel is vaccinated and neutered.

Training & Support

Oxiel is still building confidence around new people and unfamiliar places. His family should celebrate small milestones and provide patient, consistent support as he learns to feel safe.

Transportation

Oxiel will be flying to Morristown, New Jersey, on September 19. His forever family should be there waiting to welcome him home.
