Ongoing Health

Chevy will be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped with registration included, and current on parasite prevention. Veterinary and microchip records will be provided by email, with paper copies available upon request.

Application Details

• Start by contacting Pet Central Helps through Wags to complete the adoption survey.
• An adoption counselor will contact applicants within three business days, excluding Sunday and Monday.
• A counselor will discuss the match and any medical needs, then arrange an appointment.
• Adopters must sign an adoption agreement and pay the $445 adoption fee online.
• A 30-day no-fault return policy is available, subject to the stated $40 processing fee for refunds.

Transportation

Pickup will take place at a specific appointment arranged by the adoption counselor, either at Pet Central Helps! in Normal or PetSmart in Bloomington, Illinois. Adopters should bring identification and a leash or carrier as appropriate.
