Kush is an 11-month-old, 47 lb. female Lab mix with a heart as soft as her name suggests. She was rescued from a difficult situation down south and has since blossomed into a gentle, loving soul who adores comfort and cuddles. Kush was originally named "Angel" but earned her new nickname "Kush" for her love of all things cozy and comfortable. She's a sweet, mellow girl who wants nothing more than to be surrounded by love and warmth. She gets along well with cats and other dogs, but would also be delighted to be the only dog in a home where she can receive all the pampering, attention, and comfy beds she deserves.
Ideal Home
Kush would thrive in a home that can offer her plenty of love, comfort, and gentle companionship. While she's good with dogs, she would also be very happy as the sole canine in the household to soak up all the attention. She would prefer the company of slightly older children (8+) who can appreciate her calm demeanor.
Ongoing Health
Kush is up to date on vetting and vaccinations and has been spayed.
Training & Support
Kush is housetrained and crate trained, but as a young dog, she would benefit from continued positive reinforcement training to help her grow into the best family member and to further strengthen the bond with her new family.

Transporation
Kush is currently in a foster home in New England. We are a shelterless rescue, and all our dogs are housed in foster homes. We can arrange transportation to approved homes in the New England area.
