Meet Lyric! This lovely 2-year-old Retriever mix has a truly remarkable story, having journeyed all the way from Kuwait! She spent her early life on the streets of Western Asia before being rescued and flown to us. Now, after many months in our care, Lyric is still patiently waiting for her forever family. She's a friendly and happy girl who adores other dogs. While she can be a bit shy initially, a little love and some tasty treats help her blossom into a confident companion. Lyric is enthusiastically working on her household manners and leash skills. Her athletic and eager nature makes her a fantastic candidate for adventures and a vibrant family life. She has a special love for the water, and her adoption fee is reduced! This wonderful girl is ready for her happily ever after. We've promised Lyric the rest of her life will be the best of her life – could you make that promise a reality?

Lyric is located in South Carolina and transport to the northeast is available weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel for pickup. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
