Madeline (Maddie)

Madeline, estimated to be about 9 months old and weighing 40 lbs, is a gorgeous little gal with the softest fur. She was rescued from a local shelter after a life-saving foster family stepped up to save her from euthanasia due to her initial fear of leash walking. Now in a foster home, Maddie is thriving, enjoying attention, and doing great with potty and kennel training. She walks well on leash and is a good car rider, ready for adventures. Maddie likes all dogs and cats she has met with proper introductions and would love a friendly fur sibling in her forever home.

Ideal Home

Madeline warms up quickly to adults and older kids, but she becomes very frightened around small children and will retreat to a corner shaking. She will need a family committed to helping her build confidence through patience, kindness, and positive experiences.
