Rex is a one-year-old, handsome, athletic boy who truly believes everyone he meets is his best friend. He has an incredible zest for life and is ready for any adventure, whether it's a walk, playtime in the yard, or simply lounging on the couch with his favorite people. Rex is goofy, affectionate, and has a personality that is sure to bring smiles to your face. He's wonderful with children, loves other dogs, and has done beautifully with cats, thriving in the company of the people and animals he loves.

Despite experiencing unimaginable cruelty before being rescued, Rex's spirit remains unbroken. He chose forgiveness and joy, and he continues to love people with all his heart. He's not looking for someone to rescue him anymore; he's already done the hard part. Rex is simply looking for a family to share laughter, grow old with, and enjoy the everyday moments. He's the kind of dog who will become your shadow, your biggest fan, and the reason you smile when you walk through your front door.

A home with children 10 years and over is recommended to ensure the best fit for both Rex and the family.

Transportation

Rex is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his perfect forever home by our rescue. We have transports departing each week.
