Meet Mae Mae, an affectionate and joyful 2-year-old, 55-pound spayed female Labrador Retriever mix. She likes people, is treat motivated, and is playful with other dogs. Mae Mae has lived with Pepe for about 15 months, though they can also be adopted separately.

Ideal Home

Mae Mae gets along very well with other dogs and may enjoy a dog sibling. She becomes excited on leash when she sees people or dogs but is calm without distractions, so older children are recommended. A meet-and-greet is required if you have other dogs at home.

Ongoing Health

Mae Mae is spayed and vaccinated. She is currently at the shelter because her owner could no longer care for her.

Training & Support

Mae Mae keeps her kennel clean and may have some prior training or be easy to potty train, though this is not guaranteed. She would benefit from leash training. Once she bonds with her new family, she is expected to settle in nicely.
