Good things come in small packages! Little Cholula is not nearly as spicy as her name suggests-- in fact, she's far more sweet than anything else! This spunky little senior girl has come a long way from the shy and confused gal she was when she first arrived at HES, and while she still may show a little hesitancy with strangers, she's proven herself to be an affectionate and fun-loving companion.

At seven years old, Cholula is just barely a senior-- and she shows no sign of slowing down any time soon. She absolutely loves her walks and time outside, and is an excellent little loose-leash walker who will stay close by your side, reacting only minimally to distractions like squirrels and other dogs. After a nice walk, she likes to sit in the sunshine and enjoy treats and pets from her favorite people, although she is also fairly independent and content to hang out on her own.

Like many small dogs, Cholula can be a little sensitive and wants to be respected; she would do best with adopters who will be patient, sensitive to her boundaries, and attentive to her needs. If this sounds like you, come meet Cholula today!
