Fiona

Fiona is a 10-week-old Labradoodle/Poodle type mix with a coat that has a bit of a Portuguese Water Dog flair. She's confident, outgoing, and friendly to everyone she meets – no strangers here! Fiona is quite savvy and isn't afraid to get her paws wet, even wading into creeks. She could be a wonderful boat or swimming companion and gets along well with other dogs and cats, often initiating playtime.

Ideal Home

Fiona would thrive in an active home where she can explore and play. Please do not apply solely based on the assumption that she is hypoallergenic, as this is not guaranteed, and we want to ensure she finds a forever home where she won't need to be returned.

Ongoing Health

Fiona will come to you spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and current on preventatives. She will also receive an additional exam and health certificate from a state-licensed veterinarian prior to travel. She will be bathed prior to adoption. You will also receive a FREE GPS Tracker from Fi with a 6-month subscription.

Transporation

Fiona is currently located at our shelter in Lucedale, MS. She is available for transport to an approved pickup location, arriving 1-2 days after departing on our July 31st transport. Transports generally run every two weeks. You are also welcome to pick up Fiona in person at our shelter at no additional cost. A semi-private transport option is available for an additional $185.
