Mayo

Meet Mayo, a sweet, curious, and playful 9-month-old pup who loves adventure, affection, exploring, and play. At around 40 pounds, she is believed to be full grown. After being found wandering in a Dallas neighborhood, Mayo is ready for a loving forever home.

She would thrive with an active family who can help her burn off her puppy energy before cuddle time. Mayo enjoys zooming around the yard, chewing sticks and bones, and playing tug with her toys, while remaining non-destructive. She is food motivated and eager to continue learning.

Ideal Home

Mayo is dog-, cat-, and kid-friendly. Because she is young, energetic, and still learning her manners, she would do best with children ages 7 and up. An active home with time for play and continued training would suit her well.

Ongoing Health

Mayo's adoption fee includes current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter, and a heartworm test. She will also be current on flea and heartworm prevention. A veterinarian will complete a health exam and issue a certificate within 10 days.

Training & Support

Mayo is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. She is quickly mastering basic commands and is very food motivated, making continued training rewarding.
