Blanche is a sweet, shy Beagle who is learning to enjoy the good life in foster care. She loves walks, sunshine, rolling in the grass, car rides, and spending time with people and dog friends. Once she trusts you, she is affectionate and loves being held.

Blanche is a quiet homebody who may always prefer a small circle of people. She can be shy in new situations and may retreat to a quiet room around strangers or children. She has never shown fear aggression and will need time and patience as she adjusts.

Ideal Home

Blanche needs a home with another dog for companionship and confidence. She is excellent with dogs and cats, adores puppies, and is tolerant, playful, gentle, and respectful of dogs with different personalities.

Blanche is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and current on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. She tested positive for heartworms upon rescue and has completed treatment; she is expected to be heartworm-free as of early October.
