Gina is a sweet, playful 8-month-old Belgian Malinois mix who weighs 56 pounds. Rescued after being dumped as a puppy, she is now ready for a loving home with an active family, couple, or individual.
Gina enjoys playing tug, fetch, and collecting toys in her bed. She loves familiar dog friends and currently lives successfully with both small and large dogs. Because she was attacked by adult dogs, introductions should be slow. She is enthusiastic around cats and would do best in a cat-free home. She has not lived with children in foster care, so older, dog-savvy children age 10 and up are recommended.
Ideal Home
Gina would thrive with someone who can provide daily play, regular socialization, positive training, exercise, and enrichment. A canine companion may help keep her company and burn off her puppy energy. Adopters should understand the needs of raising a large, active puppy.
