Blair is a beautiful 3-year-old, 17–18-pound Whippet/Chihuahua mix available from Texas. After losing her family, she is frightened and overwhelmed, but beneath her fear is a tender, affectionate dog who longs to feel safe again. When gently picked up, Blair trembles, wraps her paws around you, and presses close.

She needs patience, kindness, time, and reassurance as she learns to trust again. With a peaceful home and a loving adult willing to let her adjust at her own pace, Blair can heal and become a devoted companion.

Blair would do best with a patient adult in a quiet, peaceful home without young children. Although she is friendly with other dogs, her caregivers believe she would thrive as the only pet.
