Shredder is a stunning 6.5-month-old brindle boy who proves that sometimes the best really is saved for last! The last of his litter, this handsome pup is what we like to call bomb-proof—easygoing, adaptable, and ready to fit into just about any loving home. We think he's a Pittie/Catahoula mix, but whatever his DNA says, 100% of it is good boy. His playful, silly puppy energy is perfectly captured in his video, and he's fostered in a busy home with kids and multiple dogs, taking everything in stride. He's incredibly well-mannered for such a young pup and already has all the basics down. He's crate trained, potty trained, walks beautifully on leash, and is quickly becoming his foster mom's favorite running partner. If you've been dreaming of a four-legged jogging buddy, Shredder is already lacing up his imaginary sneakers! When he's not out exploring, he's happy to curl up for snuggles or entertain himself with a pile of toys. He has that perfect puppy balance of playful energy and a soft, cuddly side that melts hearts. Shredder has been around dogs of all ages and personalities and gets along wonderfully with everyone—even the grumpy senior dogs who appreciate their personal space. He'd love a canine sibling in his forever home, but he'd also thrive as your one and only as long as he has regular playdates, adventures, and opportunities to socialize. Because he's such a thoughtful, well-behaved pup, we think he has great potential to live with cats as well, and we're happy to cat test him for the right family.

Ongoing Health
Shredder has received all age-appropriate vetting, including DAPP vaccines with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and is microchipped with free lifetime registration. He is also up-to-date on flea and heartworm prevention and has received a heartworm test and injectable heartworm preventative.
Training & Support
Shredder is already crate trained, potty trained, and walks beautifully on leash. He is a well-mannered pup with a good balance of playful energy and a cuddly side.

Transporation
Shredder is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
