Samwise is a loyal, affectionate 3-year-old Bulldog who loves people, snacks, sofa cuddles, and staying close to his humans. He enjoys light play with other dogs, is friendly with children, and likes carrying toys around to build a collection in his kennel.

Ideal Home

Samwise is looking for an experienced dog owner familiar with Bulldogs or similar smooshy-faced breeds. He enjoys brief periods of sunshine but is happiest relaxing indoors.

Ongoing Health

Samwise weighs 44 pounds. He needs daily eye drops and regular cleaning and drying of his face and neck folds. He experiences intermittent interdigital cysts on his paws, which have been well managed with cortisone cream.

Training & Support

Samwise is kennel trained and potty trained. He enjoys treats, toys, affection, and spending time with people and other dogs.
