Basil is a sweet, curious puppy with beautiful fawn-and-white coloring and hazel eyes. She can be timid with people at first, but gentle attention and treats help her warm up quickly. She loves other dogs, enjoys daytime independence, and becomes a devoted evening snuggler.

Ideal Home

Basil would thrive with:

• An existing dog friend.
• Older children who understand her timid nature and can patiently earn her trust.
• Cats, as she has shown little interest in her foster feline.

Ongoing Health

Basil is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Boosters may be needed.

Training & Support

Basil is in the early stages of potty training and is mostly crate trained. She is responsive to commands and hears you when told “no.”
