A little about them

Hickory is a sweet, cuddly 3-month-old Beagle/Terrier mix weighing about 15 pounds as of 9/27. This playful puppy may be shy at first, but he warms up quickly and loves staying close to his people, getting ear rubs, playing with toys, and soaking up attention.

Hickory enjoys playing with other dogs and has been wonderful with children. He is friendly with adults, including men, women, and elderly people. He is energetic, playful, rarely barks, travels well, and has not shown unwanted behaviors or resource guarding.

Ideal Home

Hickory would thrive with a loving family ready to provide affection, playtime, adventures, and continued puppy guidance. His family should be prepared for the work and responsibility that come with raising a young puppy.

Ongoing Health

Hickory is vaccinated and neutered.

Training & Support

Hickory is house trained and puppy-pad trained. He is beginning to learn his first command, sit, and travels well. He is not crate trained yet and is currently too young for leash walks, so his family can help him continue developing these skills.
