Ideal Home
Raya is calm, mellow, and low energy. She enjoys sunbathing, exploring the yard, chewing bones, cooling off in water, neighborhood strolls, and relaxing in her favorite spot. She is dog friendly but prefers her own space and would do best with calm, respectful dogs who do not expect constant interaction or play. She could also be happy as the only dog. Raya is not cuddly, though she calmly tolerates cuddles, and she may seek affection as trust develops. Quality time, ear scratches, and tasty treats—especially cheese—help her feel comfortable.
Ongoing Health
Her adoption fee includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella and rabies vaccines, deworming, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, spay/neuter, a microchip with free lifetime registration, and a health certificate for travel.
Training & Support
Raya is crate trained and loves her crate as a safe place. She is fully potty trained, nondestructive indoors, and has wonderful house manners. She learned her foster home's routine in about a week and takes treats very gently. The rescue provides trainer assessments, individualized behavior plans, and ongoing adoption support.
