Grace

Grace is a bubbly and sweet young girl with a new leash on life after a very rough start. She was rescued as a stray after raising her babies under a fallen tree in the Texas summer heat. She and her pups were brought to the rescue by a caring street dog feeder who thought they were too cute and sweet to be left on the streets. Grace made lots of friends at the rescue, both two-legged and four-legged. She loves squeaky toys, cuddling with her pup friends, and doing zoomies in the courtyard. Although she looks like a Vizsla/Staffy/Bully mixed breed, she has strong herding tendencies. She loves being near people and prefers them in a group; she makes rounds of sweet affections to each person nearby but will "herd" any that walk away.

Ideal Home

Grace will do best in a home with people who are experienced with herding dog breeds.

Grace is fully vaccinated and spayed.

Grace is kennel trained and potty trained.

Transporation

Grace is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee. Pick up locations may vary and could include a nearby state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360 and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
