Mitzie

Mitzie is a sweet, gentle 1-year-old Pit mix affectionately nicknamed the “Champagne Princess.” She is easygoing, well-behaved, easy on a leash, and enjoys politely greeting other dogs. Mitzie has plenty of love to give and is looking for a forever home where she can be cherished.

Ideal Home

Mitzie would thrive with a loving family ready to treat her like royalty. She is happy to meet other dogs and would make a lovely companion for walks and adventures.

Ongoing Health

Her adoption fee covers spay or neuter surgery, a one-year rabies vaccine, canine distemper vaccination, a heartworm test, deworming, and a microchip.

Training & Support

Mitzie is well-behaved and walks easily on a leash.

• Hours are Monday through Wednesday, 12:30–4:30 pm; Thursday, 12:30–6:00 pm; Friday, 12:30–4:30 pm; and Saturday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm.
• The shelter is closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
